About the App

Written specifically for Android in Java, Nead Money is the first and only native Android application that encompasses all FreshBooks features. Estimates, Invoicing, Payments, Clients, Expenses, Time Tracking, Projects, Tasks, and Items modules are fully integrated, providing real-time access from any Android device.

All of you customer data is available at your fingertips. Get a phone number, send an email, find and address or update contact information quickly and easily.

Estimates

Impress your clients and close more sales. You can put an estimate in your client’s hands before even getting up from your meeting! You can even approve, convert an estimate to an invoice and send – all from your mobile device.

Tasks

Create and manage all your tasks from Freshbooks directly on your device. You can even create blank tasks for those quick one time events.

Projects

Directly manage all of your Projects with Nead Money. Create and edit them as well as add tasks and track time. See all your projects at once, search and sort to find the one you're looking for.

Items

The items tab allows you to create new items directly on your mobile device or browse and edit existing items.

Expenses

Easily record your expenses at the time of purchase. No more writing notes on napkins or holding on to a stack of receipts.

Payments

Get prompted to enter a payment before sending an invoice. Not getting paid on-the-spot? No problem, entering payments is a breeze no matter when you need to do it.

Invoices

See all your Invoices on your mobile device. Create and edit them fast and easily. See their statuses right from the list with color codings to help you get a quick glimpse of what's happening with your business.

Tracking

Always know exactly how much time you’ve spent on a job or specific task with project timers. If you are a consultant, timers allow you to track your time onsite and instantly convert it to an invoice when you are done.
